We are seeking the right person or people to share our unique house near Robin Hood Park in Keene. Rent rooms singly or rent the private upstairs 3-bedroom 1-bath, share our kitchen, porch, living room and more. Washing machine (no dryer). Outdoor shared space includes back-yard, picnic tables, vegetable garden, and a bicycle storage space.
RENT: market rate, depends upon the length of the lease, number of people, and interest in helping with maintenance.
UTILITIES: We provide high speed internet and hot/cold water. Tenant is responsible for paying the gas (cooking) and electricity (lights).
TRASH & RECYCLING: We do not provide trash / recycling service. Some tenants choose to hire a private company, others choose to make a weekly/monthly trip to the Keene transfer station.
SNOW & ICE REMOVAL: We do not provide show-shoveling. Some tenants choose to hire a plow truck, others choose to shovel their own driveway.
GARDEN: Tenants are welcome to have space in the vegetable garden!
